Interesting tool about NVC, developed by Marshall Rosenberg, helps to express the feedback in a way, that is describing feelings, which helps understand the other person what happened and what triggered specific actions.

the tool help to share negative or positive thoughts through inversing the dialogue, and instead of talking about our emotions, we point which kind of behaviors are triggering specific emotions in our case. The model of giving the feedback looks like this:

The way of NVC is super practical and we will surely use it in the future.
