Interesting and important workshop. We tried the Cards for Humanity tool developed by Idean. The tool which helps to wear other person's shoes, the person with different types of impairment. The task is to imagine, how this person can use or understand our idea/service/product. It was a proper eyeopener and it and it worked really well for starting thinking about different people with different impairments and it led to some interesting discussions.

It's a tool that we will use again for sure!

one of the Cards for Humanity. How would this person use your product?
