We started our team work with a zoom call to do the first check-in a simply to get to know each other. It was a good move because we did it before the first Team Development Session. Later in this day, we have shared our skills and abilities using the Explorer tool.

We liked the "Explorer Model". It is easier and faster to use than the other model we used before, called "The Point of Departure". POD is more detailed and specific and takes more time to analyse and present. Explorer will for sure stay with us and we will use it for the future.

We used this model to learn about each other.
