Ethical Algorithm: Art & Data as a Political Tool

Tom is an artist, engineer, academic and designer, working with physical and digital media, interested in data representation, music, interaction, and politics. He talked about AI being the new electricity - like how everything changed when the electricity came. He talked about the risks of AI as in how it can create fake news and being used as a judge in USA.

Something that stayed in our minds was Tom talking about how artists/designers can provide a new point of view and bring new thoughts out in the world. That it is a privilege that we should use.
